Originally from North Carolina, Rev. Zack moved to Connecticut in August of 2000 to attend Yale Divinity School. After graduating with two degrees from Yale, Rev. Zack came to our church in August of 2005. Previous to graduation from Divinity School, Zack also served congregations in North Carolina (working as Youth Director at Peace UCC in Greensboro during his college years), Connecticut (serving as a supply preacher at South Lyme Union Chapel in Old Lyme, CT during his Divinity School years), Massachusetts (working as a summer pastor in Mt. Washington, MA during his Divinity School summers of 2001, 2002, and 2003), and another in Connecticut (part-time Pastor of Pilgrim Congregational Church in the Fair Haven section of New Haven, from 2003-2005). Zack is married to Melissa and they have two boys, Joshua & Connor. Zack believes in the love of God in Jesus Christ, the power of prayer, the wonder of music, and the gift of laughter. Zack also serves on the Farmington Valley Association of the Southern New England Conference of the United Church of Christ Committee on Ministry. Zack is also currently working on completing a Doctor of Ministry degree.

Ms. Jennifer has been with our congregation since 2002. A native of Terryville, Ms. Jen has and continues to be active both at church and in the community, for example recently having served on our town’s Board of Education. Ms. Jen has an Associates in Christian Education from our Connecticut Conference, United Church of Christ. In addition to church, Ms. Jen enjoys time with her husband, John, and two sons, Jonathan and Justin.
